🧭 What work will have to be done?

1. Maintaining discipline:
You must have to Maintain peace in the women’s section of the jail, prevent the fights, and keep everyone in line with the law.

2. Running a correctional program:
Educating women prisoners, conducting training courses, and counseling them so that they can lead a better life.

3. Staff supervision:
Monitoring women wardens and other staff to ensure that they are doing their job properly.

4. Taking care of cleanliness and health:
Providing women prisoners with a clean environment, good food, and treatment.

5. Making reports:
Keeping records of prisoners, making daily reports, and making quick decisions in case of an emergency.

6. Monitoring security:
Preventing prisoners from escaping, smuggling, or any other violation of the law.

7. Liaising with legal institutions:
Limiting work related to women prisoners with the police, courts, and social welfare institutions.

🎓 Who can apply?

1️⃣ New female candidates:

‣ At least BA or BSc (Second Division)

‣ It is better if you have studied Law, Sociology, Psychology or Public Administration

2️⃣ Women already working in the department:

‣ At least 5 years of experience as Lady Warden or Head Warden

‣ Service certificate from Superintendent and DIG Jail is mandatory
